France Charmrousse

The French ski resort of Chamrousse is one of the smaller ski resorts in France. For school groups it’s just the right size, yet it’s big enough to keep the most demanding intermediate happy for at least a week. Overlooking Grenoble from 1700m, Chamrousse is ideally located south of the Belledone Massif. The massif has kept its purity so Chamrousse has a most beautiful situation.

The ski domain is wooded with very varied runs which enable all skiers to enjoy themselves. Chamrousse has direct access to 77km of downhill skiing, with 35 individual pistes, served by 26 ski lifts. Technical & laid-back skiing blend harmoniously with a choice of 3 black runs to test your stamina and a great network of greens and blues for beginners. The resort is big on excitement and has 3 snowparks, one of which is dedicated to kids.

Home to the 1968 Olympic Men and Women's downhills, this is a resort with an illustrious history. It is also a friendly resort, with an authentic & traditional character.
